Fee: Equivalent to one month’s rent

Once tenants are secured, you manage the ongoing day-to-day tasks, including rent collection, maintenance, and tenant communication.

Fee: 6% of monthly rent (£495 tenant find fee)

Designed for landlords who wish to delegate daily property management tasks, our Rent Receipt Service ensures a hassle-free rental experience. We handle tenant sourcing and secure reliable occupants, followed by monthly rent collection and arrears chasing to ensure consistent cash flow along with handling contract renewals.

Standard Landlord Service

Fee: 8% of monthly rent (£495 tenant find fee)

Designed for landlords who want to delegate daily property management tasks. This service includes rent collection, arrears handling, maintenance coordination, tenant communication, inspections and contract renewals. We provide comprehensive support to streamline property operations while keeping you in control.

Full Investor Service

Fee: 15% of monthly rent (£495 tenant find fee)

This all-inclusive option is ideal for landlords seeking complete peace of mind. In addition to the services offered in standard landlord service, we cover the cost of compliance requirements, including organizing annual gas safety checks, electrical installation reports, EPCs, and property health check reports. We also handle the issuance of section notices as required, ensuring that your property remains fully compliant with legal standards all at no extra cost.
